1. Acceptable Use

You may use ComfortablePDF for personal and commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Upload files you don't own or don't have the right to process
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to process illegal content
  • Attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers without prior written permission
  • Resell or redistribute processed files as a commercial service without permission

2. The Service Is Free

ComfortablePDF is provided free of charge. We may display advertising to sustain the service. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in future, but core tools will remain free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. File Handling

Files are processed for conversion only and automatically deleted after 2 hours. We are not responsible for data loss. Always keep backups of important documents before uploading. We are not liable for failed conversions or incorrect output.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any files you upload and any output files you download. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process the file solely for the purpose of the requested tool operation.

5. No Warranty

ComfortablePDF is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, conversion accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComfortablePDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
